خل

معجون اسنان

تانيا الطريقة

نجمع الملح + البيكاربونات + الكركم

First ingredients

salt

Sodium bicarbonate

Curium

vinegar

Tooth paste

Second way

Collect salt + bicarbonates + Curium

نضيف معجون الاسنان ونخلط الخليط حتى يصير متجانس

 Add toothpaste and confuse the mixture until it becomes homogeneous

نطع الخليط فوق السنان والاضراس حتى يغطيها

نقوب بعمل مضمضة بالخل والفم مغلق

Keep the mixture over the teeth and molars even covered

You are doing a vinegar rinse and mouth closed

نحاول ان نبقي الفم مغل قدر الإمكان

ثم نقوم بالفرك بالفرشات جيدا مدة 5 دقائق

بعدها نقول بالغسل بالفرشات والمعوجون

وستلاحظون الفرق من اول استعمال
